Zhangye Airport serves over 1,000 first-time passengers

Up to July 2025, Zhangye Airport has provided first-time flight services to 1,272 passengers, receiving over 440 compliments via phone calls and messages, along with six honorary banners.

Since the beginning of this year, the airport has been offering reservation channels through a dedicated hotline, counter service, and online platforms, including its WeChat account and website.

To improve passengers' experiences, the airport offers guidance through check-in, security, and boarding, along with basic flight knowledge and a warm flight guide.

First-time passengers can choose to wear exclusive identifiers for better recognition and support. Additionally, tailored services are available for military personnel and their families, featuring dedicated signage, personalized assistance, and comprehensive support.

After boarding, cabin crew provide special attention to first-time passengers, introducing them to aircraft facilities and safety procedures during each phase of the flight.

Local civil aviation authorities will guide and support Zhangye Airport in improving its first-flight services, ensuring warm and convenient travel experiences for first-time passengers.

Officials emphasized the airport's commitment to improving service channels and creating more service brands to meet the public demand for accessible and warm travel experiences.
