Gansu Yinhe Foods Group, established in 1987 in Minle county of Zhangye, Gansu province, is a key agricultural industrialization enterprise focusing on agricultural product processing.
Committed to refined production, innovative operation, and standardized management, the company has grown over three decades into a high-tech enterprise with provincial-level technical center certification. Its products, including vermicelli, starch, and handmade noodles, are sold across China and exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, and Americas.
The Yinhe brand has been recognized as a Gansu Famous Trademark, with its vermicelli and starch rated as Gansu Famous Products. In 2003, the company became a Gansu Time-Honored Brand, and in November 2023, it was selected as a New National Goods Model of China Central Television, the only company in Gansu province to receive this honor.
Yinhe vermicelli is produced using traditional acid-fermentation technology, recognized as a provincial intangible cultural heritage. The company uses high-quality peas from its over 80,000-mu (5,333-hectare) ecological planting base.
The company also processes freeze-dried vegetables, such as onions and peppers, exporting over 200 metric tons annually. This supports local farmers and promotes agricultural development.
