Heihe River National Wetland Park in Zhangye, Northwest China's Gansu province, is a picture of a tranquil oasis with its weeping willows, crystal-clear waters, and picturesque pavilions nestled among lush greenery.
On the morning of May 21, at 10:28 am, the mountaineering team led by Ma Xiao, a young man from Zhangye, Northwest China's Gansu province, summited Mount Everest, the world's highest peak.
Over 1,000 hiking enthusiasts from Qinghai, Tianshui, Dingxi, Jiuquan, Jiayuguan, Wuwei, Jinchang, and Zhangye participated in a 5-kilometer hike at Shenlu Park in Gansu province on May 18, 2024. This event was part of the national "5.19 Walk for Health" campaign.
